Effective June 1st, Carter Holt Harvey purchased the minority shareholding in eCargo, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
The acquisition of the balance of the shareholding and alignment of eCargo with Lodestar strengthens the company. It will provide eCargo with a substantive platform from which to launch new development initiatives in logistics resource management, as well as a stronger corporate base to support the company’s FMCG and industrial clients.
