CHH Woodproducts and Sanitarium have taken up eCargo’s new freight rating and reconciliation module to manage their freight invoices.
eCargo's Transportation Management Solution offers a comprehensive and integrated technology platform for planning, executing and managing the movement of goods between multiple sites and multiple carriers.
eCargo automatically calculates freight costs for each delivery and reconciles these with the subsequent invoice uploaded by the carrier. Accounts Payable staff manage the exceptions within eCargo, with approved invoices sent to SAP for payment via B2B interfaces.
CHH Woodproducts use the tool across 20 sites, managing over 4000 invoice lines per week. The deployment provided the following immediate benefits:
