Support
Support is free of charge for the first 12 months - this includes phone and email support and software upgrades. Subsequent years support incurs an annual fee of 15% of the initial software license purchase cost.
Technology
Cube-IQ has been developed as a Microsoft Windows based application that is downloaded and installed on the user's computer. Under a single user license, it runs its own local database, whereas a multi-user license can be configured to run off a central database for all users to access. There is currently a web based version of Cube-IQ under development, so watch this space!
