eCargo is a logistics system that provides supply chain partners
with real-time visibility over their freight movements and freight
costs. eCargo is web based (it runs over the internet) and can be
accessed using any type of internet connection.
What makes eCargo unique?
eCargo provides a single, integrated technology platform for
planning, executing and managing the movement of goods between
multiple sites and multiple carrier groups. eCargo enables full
participation from all preferred suppliers, thus providing complete
visibility through the supply chain.
The eCargo solution is designed, built and supported in New
Zealand for the Australasian marketplace.
Can eCargo integrate with my Enterprise system?
Yes, eCargo utilises web services and XML technologies to easily
integrate into any enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Is my data secure?
eCargo takes care of your data security and privacy in the
following ways:
- Data is stored on physically secure servers that are backed up
on a daily basis. eCargo is hosted by Intergen providing a high
availability hosting solution.
- Information sent between your PC and eCargo servers is
encrypted to securely transmit data.
- You control who can view your information within eCargo.
