eCargo is a logistics system that provides supply chain partners with real-time visibility of their freight movements and freight costs. eCargo is web based (it runs over the internet) and can be accessed using any type of internet connection.

Can eCargo integrate with my Enterprise system?
Yes, eCargo utilises web services and XML technologies to easily integrate into any enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Is my data secure?
eCargo takes care of your data security and privacy in the following ways:
- Data is stored on physically secure servers that are backed up on a daily basis. eCargo is hosted by Intergen providing a high availability hosting solution.
- Information sent between your PC and eCargo servers is encrypted to securely transmit data.
- You control who can view your information within eCargo.

Cube-IQ Questions
How do I get my master data into Cube-IQ?
Product, container and load data can either be entered directly into Cube-IQ or imported via a standard set of file imports. Cube-IQ can be integrated with your ERP system where the master data is held, preventing the need to maintain master data in two different places.
Can I build pallets then load the pallets into a container?
Yes Cube-IQ caters for this 2 stage loading process, whereby a pallet is built out of the required products, the completed pallets are then optimised and loaded into a container.
Is there a web based version of the Cube-IQ application?
There is a web client available for Cube-IQ.
What sort of reports can Cube-IQ produce?

Can I modify a load after Cube-IQ has built it?
Yes, Cube-IQ provides the ability to edit a load after it has been built. This provides the user with the flexibility to tweak loads before handing over for loading.
How does Cube-IQ manage the complexities of building pallets?
There are a number of different functions that can be used to build pallets. The system can cater for single cases, layers and full pallets, as well as a whole range of rules to manage stacking, orientations, overhang and weight distribution.
Can products be nested if they are of a non-standard shape?
Yes, Cube-IQ can cater for products that nest when stacked on top of each other. An example is roofing iron, where two sheets stacked on top of each other are only 5 mm higher than a single sheet of iron.
What shaped products can Cube-IQ cater for?
Boxes, Cylinders, Pallets, L-Shapes and T Shapes.
